Your access to and use of Cashback Junction (CBJ) is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. By using CBJ you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the site.
You must be a resident of the UK, of legal age to open a CBJ account and be eligible to receive cashback from our partners. Accounts are strictly limited to one per member and a maximum of two accounts per unique UK postcode address.
CBJ reserves the right to refuse membership and the right to terminate membership without notice at any time. In addition CBJ reserve the right to change this agreement or discontinue the service at any time. Any changes will be posted visibly on the website.
CBJ reserves the right to terminate any account containing dishonest information and to prosecute individuals who intentionally provide false information in order to take advantage of our partners listed on the website.
CBJ may terminate membership for breach of these terms and conditions, and without further obligation if a user appears to be using the service in a fraudulent manner.
You must log in to CBJ to participate in this service, and by registering and logging in you agree to abide by the membership terms of the site.
Members may terminate their membership at any time, and they accept that any cashback accrued will be forfeited. Cashback may not be transferred from one account to another.
As a validated member you will receive cashback as a % of spend, or a bounty for signing up to specific offers as specified within the CBJ directory, these may vary slightly depending on whether the merchant pays us commission net or gross of VAT.
Any transaction you make is with the retailer and not with CBJ. Cashback is rewarded when the retailer confirms your purchases. Depending on their returns policy this normally will be done within a few days. However some retailers may take upwards of 60 days to report your transactions.
CBJ credits have no cash value until your account balance is greater than £20 and you are eligible for a BACS or cheque payment.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you turn your cookies on with your browser, and that you do not have any software, spyware or adware on your computer that may block cookies or overwrite cookies.
If any of your purchases are returned to the retailer, any cashback will automatically be deducted from your balance.
If any forms are filled in fraudulently or are incomplete the retailer may delete your cashback and we reserve the right to terminate your membership if we feel this is appropriate.
All retailer transactions are logged through the use of cookies. We can not be responsible if for any reasons the retailer’s site is not correctly reporting sales to us. However we will work on our member’s behalf to ensure such situations do not occur, and that cashback is correctly recorded.
Cashback payments will be made fortnightly. The minimum account balance required before you can make a withdrawl is £20.
Dormant accounts, i.e those who have not been used for a period of greater than 6 months will be closed and any cashback accrued will be given to CBJ. We will endeavour to contact you by email before this occurs.
CBJ reserves the right to:
Change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that CBJ shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal; and
Change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
The contents of the CBJ do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making any decision. We cannot accept liability for the services provided by any of the service providers or merchants featured on this site. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the performance of any product or service listed on CBJ.
CBJ may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
